The whole point of htis exercise was to empower employees to take ownership of the spirit of Scientific Radicals. We didn't get the answer we wanted so we have taken an executive decision to rename the meeting room "Vision".
To me the take home message for the management team is very clear "Empowerment cannot be left in the hands of our people."
ReplyDeleteWe, the management team, must forcibly empower our people. I was hoping not to have to resort to this - next month's management team meeting is already packed - but we'd better add empowerment as an agenda item.
