Personally, I've always been comfortable with saying one thing and doing another and never understood why people get so hung up about it. Of course, early in my career, I learned to ape congruent behaviours while secretly scheming to stab my manager in the back but now I'm in a position where I can afford to drop the facade.

Once you can fake sincerity you've got it made.

And unless you are the lead dog in the sled team then the scenery doesn't change.
