Guys.
I've been asked to do a piece looking at performance reviews. Clearly, not something we allocate too much resource on or take particularly seriously at SciRad. Is anyone willing to share an example of either their own report or that of a colleagues? I'm conscious that publishing such a document on the web this may be a little bit insensitive, even by our standards, so how about we cast the net a bit wider - a distant relative who maybe spent a summer intern with Scientific Radicals?
