The second most dangerous strategy is to take the jump in a single leap and almost make it.
The third most dangerous strategy is to take the jump in thick fog before you know for sure there is another side to the chasm.
The fourth most dangerous strategy is to jump a chasm in a single leap while carrying the rest of the organization.
The best strategy is to get someone else to take the leap, ask them to report back if they make it, and see how they get on.
The Scientific Radicals' strategy is a variation on the best strategy. We hold a competition to see if the chasm can be leapt and present a plexiglass Vision and Accomplishment Award to anyone who makes it conditional upon them giving a full and detailed report on how they did it together with their recommendations for future attempts.
