"Groupthink: a tightly knit team blunders into a fiasco through a combination of unfortunate traits, including a domineering leader a lack of diversity among team members, a disregard of outside information and a high level of stress. Such groups develop an unrealsitic sense of confidence about their decision-making and a false sense of consensus. Outside opinions are dismissed" - Irvine Janis
The above paragraph has recently been published in Peter Miller's book "Smart Swarm". Although he claims this is exemplified by the Bay of Pigs incident, I believe it is a clear reference to the Static Software Steering Committee here at Scientific Radicals. I simply won't tolerate these leaks of confidential company business strategy. We cannot afford to lose our place at the cutting edge of organisational incompetence.
